Se autoriz\u00f3 que las visitas sean en el Complejo Penitenciario N\u00b01 de Resistencia y el primer encuentro ser\u00e1 el 14 de diciembre, d\u00eda del cumplea\u00f1os de C\u00e9sar Sena.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza de Garant\u00edas N\u00b01 de Resistencia, Mercedes Pereyra, subrogante del Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00b03, hizo lugar al pedido de revinculaci\u00f3n familiar solicitada por Marcela Acu\u00f1a, C\u00e9sar Sena y Emerenciano Sena. El primer encuentro de la familia se concretar\u00e1 el jueves 14 de diciembre, d\u00eda de\u00a0cumplea\u00f1os de C\u00e9sar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00d3MO SE DAR\u00c1 LA REVINCULACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.- La visitas ser\u00e1n en el&nbsp;<strong>Complejo Penitenciario N\u00ba 1 de Resistencia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.-&nbsp;<strong>Emerenciano Sena y Marcela Acu\u00f1a deber\u00e1n ser trasladados<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00abcumpliendo las medidas de seguridad\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.- El encuentro tendr\u00e1 lugar<strong>&nbsp;\u00abbajo las restricciones y prohibiciones que hubiera dispuesto el Equipo Fiscal Especial oportunamente<\/strong>\u00ab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.- Al t\u00e9rmino de cada visita, el jefe del Complejo Penitenciario N\u00ba 1, Dar\u00edo Candia, deber\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>confeccionar y remitir v\u00eda correo electr\u00f3nico un informe detallando<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.- Una vez concluidas las visitas estos informes ser\u00e1n remitidos por el Juzgado interviniente al Equipo Fiscal Especial al efecto de que eval\u00fae la&nbsp;<strong>conveniencia o no de continuar las visitas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CU\u00c1LES SER\u00c1N LOS D\u00cdAS DE VISITA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los d\u00edas de visita y revinculaci\u00f3n familiar ser\u00e1n los jueves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tendr\u00e1n fechas en diciembre y enero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los d\u00edas establecidos en diciembre fueron: jueves 14, 21, 28 de diciembre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En enero se ver\u00e1n el jueves 4 de 8:00 a 12:00 horas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Justicia hizo lugar al pedido de revinculaci\u00f3n entre Marcela Acu\u00f1a, Emerenciano y C\u00e9sar Sena.
