{"id":86740,"date":"2023-11-16T16:59:52","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T19:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/?p=86740"},"modified":"2023-11-16T16:59:55","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T19:59:55","slug":"destituyeron-a-la-jueza-que-beso-a-un-preso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/11\/16\/destituyeron-a-la-jueza-que-beso-a-un-preso\/","title":{"rendered":"Destituyeron a la jueza que bes\u00f3 a un preso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento de Chubut destituy\u00f3 a la jueza en lo penal de Comodoro Rivadavia&nbsp;<strong>Mariel Su\u00e1rez<\/strong>, quien hab\u00eda quedado filmada por una c\u00e1mara de la c\u00e1rcel de Trelew cuando bes\u00f3 a un delincuente que ella misma hab\u00eda juzgado por un crimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La destituci\u00f3n fue por mal desempe\u00f1o al haber besado a&nbsp;<strong>Cristian Bustos<\/strong>, quien fue acusado por el crimen de su hijo de 9 meses y el de un polic\u00eda que intent\u00f3 darle captura cuando estuvo pr\u00f3fugo, y la magistrada lo juzg\u00f3 por el segundo hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue votada por el presidente del Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento y ministro del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Chubut, Daniel B\u00e1ez, la diputada provincial Claudia Williams y el abogado Miguel \u00c1ngel Barletta; mientras que la legisladora Selva M\u00f3nica Saso y la abogada Mar\u00eda Florencia G\u00f3ngora lo hicieron por la negativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza Suarez juzg\u00f3 a Bustos por el crimen cometido el 8 de marzo de 2009 al polic\u00eda Leandro Roberts cuando intentaba darle captura a \u00e9ste por el crimen de su propio hijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como integrante de un Tribunal, la magistrada juzg\u00f3 a Bustos, quien&nbsp;<strong>fue condenado a perpetua<\/strong>&nbsp;(aunque en su voto individual lo hizo por una pena m\u00ednima).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego del veredicto, en diciembre de 2021, qued\u00f3 registrada en el libro de visitas el ingreso de la jueza al penal de Trelew y luego qued\u00f3 registrado el beso, aunque ella siempre lo neg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el Tribunal la actitud de la magistrada fue \u201cindecorosa\u201d y constituye la causal de mal desempe\u00f1o en sus funciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento de Chubut destituy\u00f3 a la jueza en lo penal de Comodoro Rivadavia&nbsp;Mariel Su\u00e1rez, quien hab\u00eda quedado filmada por una c\u00e1mara de la c\u00e1rcel de Trelew cuando bes\u00f3 a un delincuente que ella misma hab\u00eda juzgado por un crimen.
