Desde el Perrando hab\u00edan informado que el diagn\u00f3stico del ni\u00f1o era \u00abinsuficiencia respiratoria en asistencia mec\u00e1nica, s\u00edndrome de hipoxia, mas test de coca\u00edna positivo, en estado cr\u00edtico\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El peque\u00f1o de 21 d\u00edas hab\u00eda ingresado con su madre el domingo 16 de julio con s\u00edndrome de dificultad respiratoria grave, por lo que tuvo que ser asistido de forma mec\u00e1nico debido a su estado cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la directora del Hospital Perrando, Nancy Trejo, el beb\u00e9 habr\u00eda recibido la coca\u00edna a trav\u00e9s de la madre, quien aparentemente habr\u00eda consumido la sustancia y luego se la transmiti\u00f3 a su hijo al amamantarlo.
