Mientras que para sacar el carnet por primera vez, se debe concurrir con DNI y su fotocopia y una constancia del grupo sangu\u00edneo, para iniciar el tr\u00e1mite. Luego se realiza el curso de Educaci\u00f3n Vial y la prueba de capacidad conductiva.
