Detuvieron a un hombre de 38 a\u00f1os por difundir im\u00e1genes intimas de una mujer.<\/strong> Ella lo denunci\u00f3 ante el Departamento de Cibercrimen y a ra\u00edz de eso comenz\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n por la cual dieron con el responsable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El hombre era su ex pareja y al terminar la relaci\u00f3n subi\u00f3 las im\u00e1genes a diferentes sitios de Internet sin su consentimiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la b\u00fasqueda dieron con el posible domicilio laboral del hombre ubicado sobre la calle Cervantes<\/strong> y all\u00ed se realiz\u00f3 el allanamiento habilitado por el Juzgado de Faltas de Resistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lograron detener al hombre y llevaron la CPU desde la cual habr\u00eda subido el material. Lo trasladaron a la Comisar\u00eda Jurisdiccional y notificado de su detenci\u00f3n por la causa Supuesta Infracci\u00f3n al Art\u00edculo 139\u00b0 Bis del C\u00f3digo de Faltas Provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta fue la primera detenci\u00f3n por esta infracci\u00f3n desde la implementaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 139\u00b0 Bis al C\u00f3digo de Faltas Provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El 13 de octubre de 2021 mediante la Ley N\u00b0 3440-j, se incorpor\u00f3 el Titulo XII \u2013 \u00abIdentidad Digital de las Personas\u00bb el cual establece en su art\u00edculo 139\u00b0 Bis las penas para aquellos que difundan im\u00e1genes \u00edntimas con o sin consentimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
