Por su parte, Alberto Mario Modi se inhibi\u00f3 y Rolando Toledo se abstuvo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el fallo del m\u00e1ximo tribunal se resolvi\u00f3 que \u00abcon una antelaci\u00f3n de seis meses a cumplir el supuesto de los setenta a\u00f1os de edad previsto en el art\u00edculo 154 de la Constituci\u00f3n de la Provincia del Chaco, deber\u00e1n dar cumplimiento al mandato constitucional\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, desde el STJ notificaron directamente al juez de la C\u00e1mara Contencioso Administrativa, Antonio Luis Mart\u00ednez, y al juez de paz suplente de Chorotis, Rub\u00e9n Alcides Arce, \u00abque deber\u00e1n dar cumplimiento a lo normado por el art\u00edculo 154 de la Constituci\u00f3n de la Provincia del Chaco, en virtud de haber cumplido ya los setenta a\u00f1os\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Superior Tribunal de Justicia de la provincia dict\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda una resoluci\u00f3n para&nbsp;notificar a magistrados y representantes de los Ministerios P\u00fablicos que lleguen a los 70 a\u00f1os de edad, sobre el cumplimiento del mandato constitucional que refiere a las jubilaciones dentro del Poder Judicial.
