El violento accionar del sujeto se debi\u00f3 a que la victima se neg\u00f3 a reanudar la relaci\u00f3n que manten\u00edan. El mismo esta pr\u00f3fugo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aberrante episodio tuvo lugar este sabado en una vivienda del b\u00ba La Toma, cuando la damnificada se encontraba en compa\u00f1\u00eda de sus peque\u00f1os hijos. El\u00a0acusado\u00a0ingres\u00f3 y comenz\u00f3 a increpar a la\u00a0v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hombre identifacado como Gustavo Daniel Martinez comenz\u00f3 a\u00a0golpear, la tom\u00f3 del cuello y la\u00a0viol\u00f3\u00a0sin importarle que en la vivienda estuvieran los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os. No conforme con el\u00a0ultraje, tom\u00f3 un arma blanca y puso sobre el cuello de la mujer.
