El presidente del Superior Tribunal de Justicia del Chaco, Rolando Toledo anunci\u00f3 en la ma\u00f1ana de este martes que tal cual lo dispone la Constituci\u00f3n provincial, a los 70 a\u00f1os se jubilar\u00e1 por lo que se abrir\u00e1 una vacante en el m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano judicial de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEl a\u00f1o que viene me jubilo porque cumplo 70 a\u00f1os el 28 de enero y la Constituci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que los jueces que juramos bajo la misma, tenemos que jubilarnos\u201d, dijo a los medios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de esto, el magistrado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la revoluci\u00f3n que se viene en lo digital dentro del Poder Judicial comenz\u00f3 durante este a\u00f1o y que a partir del a\u00f1o entrante \u201cser\u00e1 muy importante el cambio\u201d. \u201cSe va a pasar de lo escrito a lo oral y a lo digital; se va a despapelizar y los juicios no solo van a tener mayor rapidez, sino tambi\u00e9n que la gente va a poder acceder a Justicia y va a tener tutela judicial efectiva de manera directa, pudiendo comparecer y viendo a los jueces que deciden en las causas\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
