Si bien se neg\u00f3 dar declaraciones, el acusado por el femicidio de Nancy Videla s\u00f3lo lleg\u00f3 a expresar:&nbsp;<strong>\u00abNo entiendo nada\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa de Lezcano, en tanto, pidi\u00f3 la excarcelaci\u00f3n del presunto femicida de Nancy. Aunque se espera que el recurso sea rechazado en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hombre detenido como acusado de matar de<strong>\u00a0Nancy Videla<\/strong>, la mujer cuyo cuerpo fue hallado esta madrugada en una vivienda de la localidad bonaerense de\u00a0<strong>Ingeniero Budge<\/strong>, cumpli\u00f3\u00a0una condena por otro\u00a0homicidio\u00a0en 2002\u00a0en el partido bonaerense de\u00a0<strong>La Matanza.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se trata de Dami\u00e1n Lezcano Mendoza, de 70 a\u00f1os y nacionalidad paraguaya, quien fue condenado por \u00abhomicidio simple\u00bb en una causa tramitada en la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n 2 del Departamento Judicial de La Matanza y en el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas 2 del mismo distrito, en 2002, termin\u00f3 de cumplir la pena el 13 de noviembre de 2005.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dami\u00e1n Lezcano Mendoza&nbsp;se neg\u00f3 a declarar este viernes frente al Juez Diego Slupski, quien lo imput\u00f3 por femicidio en el marco de un posible ataque sexual.
