{"id":24113,"date":"2021-04-08T19:29:28","date_gmt":"2021-04-08T22:29:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/?p=24113"},"modified":"2021-04-08T19:29:31","modified_gmt":"2021-04-08T22:29:31","slug":"insssep-suspende-al-sanatorio-chaco-oeste-por-su-mala-atencion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/04\/08\/insssep-suspende-al-sanatorio-chaco-oeste-por-su-mala-atencion\/","title":{"rendered":"Insssep suspende al Sanatorio Chaco Oeste por su mala atenci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Instituto de Seguridad Social, Seguros y Pr\u00e9stamos (INSSSEP) suspendi\u00f3 preventivamente al Sanatorio Chaco Oeste SRL sucursal, y al doctor Oscar Andr\u00e9s Portela, por 60 d\u00edas de corrido, ante la denuncia de familiares de la afiliada fallecida, Rosana Karina Hlavac, el pasado 30 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Insssep, al comprobar la afiliaci\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima, y dicho sanatorio al ser prestador m\u00e9dico de la obra social, fue suspendido provisoriamente, al igual que el profesional actuante, por 60 d\u00edas de corrido (desde el 8 de abril al 8 de junio del 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello,\u00a0se limitar\u00e1 el ingreso de nuevas internaciones y la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dico-asistencial de afiliados del Instituto, en ese centro asistencial, a fin de determinar las responsabilidades que pudieran corresponder por los hechos expuestos, de acuerdo a la resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 1252\/21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El organismo observa que se encuentra comprometida la salud y la seguridad de los afiliados, como derechos fundamentales de los mismos, que exigen precauci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de cualquier evento posible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto de Seguridad Social, Seguros y Pr\u00e9stamos (INSSSEP) suspendi\u00f3 preventivamente al Sanatorio Chaco Oeste SRL sucursal, y al doctor Oscar Andr\u00e9s Portela, por 60 d\u00edas de corrido, ante la denuncia de familiares de la afiliada fallecida, Rosana Karina Hlavac, el pasado 30 de marzo.
