{"id":1644,"date":"2020-02-10T21:27:48","date_gmt":"2020-02-11T00:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/?p=1644"},"modified":"2020-02-10T23:02:11","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T02:02:11","slug":"resistencia-jose-luis-gauna-de-33-anos-esta-profugo-de-la-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/02\/10\/resistencia-jose-luis-gauna-de-33-anos-esta-profugo-de-la-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Resistencia: Jos\u00e9 Luis Gauna de 33 a\u00f1os esta pr\u00f3fugo de la Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cerca de las 15hs, de este d\u00eda lunes, la polic\u00eda del Chaco, a trav\u00e9s de distintas comisar\u00edas y divisiones intentan detener a un pr\u00f3fugo que se hab\u00eda escapado despu\u00e9s de visitar a un familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se tom\u00f3 conocimiento a traves del Sistema de Atenci\u00f3n de Emergencia 911, que personal del Servicio Penitenciario Provincial solicitaba colaboraci\u00f3n en el Barrio 100 viviendas UOM, detr\u00e1s del Hipermercado Libertad de esta ciudad capital, en virtud que un interno de la Divisi\u00f3n Alcaidia se les dio a la fuga hacia un sector de monte cercano al grupo de viviendas, tras finalizar visita a familiares en el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mismo se trata de \ud835\udc09\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc06\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a, de 33 \ud835\udc1a\u00f1\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c, detenido en causa \u00abHomicidio simple reiterado\u00bb, con intervenci\u00f3n del Juzgado de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal N\u00ba 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc06\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a, de 33 \ud835\udc1a\u00f1\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c, es de estatura baja, tez morocha, vestia al momento de lo ocurrido, una remera color gris y pantal\u00f3n jean de color gastado; como caraterizticas presenta cicatrices de cortes en sus brazos y poseia collar de metal (cadenas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se comision\u00f3 en colaboraci\u00f3n efectivos de las Comisarias Segunda, Octava y Duodecima Resistencia y efectivos de la Divisi\u00f3n C.O.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cualquier informaci\u00f3n comunicarse a la Comisaria m\u00e1s pr\u00f3xima o al sistema de Emergencias 911.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cerca de las 15hs, de este d\u00eda lunes, la polic\u00eda del Chaco, a trav\u00e9s de distintas comisar\u00edas y divisiones intentan detener a un pr\u00f3fugo que se hab\u00eda escapado despu\u00e9s de visitar a un familiar.
