Seg\u00fan la denuncia, el familiar se encontraba&nbsp;<strong>durmiendo sobre una lona&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;en el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hecho ocurri\u00f3 este domingo, cuando la denunciante advirti\u00f3 la presencia del hombre en la casa y pidi\u00f3 intervenci\u00f3n policial. Seg\u00fan manifest\u00f3, el d\u00eda anterior hab\u00eda realizado una presentaci\u00f3n su contra y ya le hab\u00edan notificado las restricciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante el pedido, polic\u00edas de la&nbsp;<strong>Divisi\u00f3n Violencia Familiar y de G\u00e9nero de Juan Jos\u00e9 Castelli&nbsp;<\/strong>intervinieron y condujeron al sospechoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras tomar conocimiento del caso, la&nbsp;<strong>Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Penal N.\u00ba 2 dispuso su aprehensi\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>en una causa por supuesto incumplimiento de una medida judicial.
