La resoluci\u00f3n fue tomada por la Sala IV, integrada por los jueces Mariano Borinsky, Javier Carbajo y Gustavo Hornos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El fallo tambi\u00e9n confirm\u00f3 la absoluci\u00f3n de Mat\u00edas Rub\u00e9n Balmaceda Paiva y Miguel \u00c1ngel Vilte, quienes estaban imputados en la misma causa.
