La Justicia hizo lugar a un reclamo por da\u00f1o material y moral de la madre de un interno que muri\u00f3 a causa de un disparo durante un operativo en el penal en el a\u00f1o 2020. El enfrentamiento que culmin\u00f3 con la vida de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda \u201cKevin\u201d Candia se dio entre internos y fuerzas de seguridad durante la emergencia sanitaria por COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La demanda fue presentada a mediados del a\u00f1o 2023 y tramit\u00f3 como juicio por audiencias. Se produjeron numerosas pruebas y se incorporaron tambi\u00e9n pruebas producidas en la causa penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Juzgado con Competencia Administrativa N\u00b0 2 de Corrientes dict\u00f3 sentencia, mediante la cual hizo lugar parcialmente a la demanda presentada por la madre de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda \u201cKevin\u201d Candia, por la muerte ocurrida el 21 de abril de 2020 en la Unidad Penal N\u00ba 1 de Corrientes. El joven falleci\u00f3 en el marco de un enfrentamiento entre internos y fuerzas de seguridad durante la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
