Con una mayor\u00eda contundente, la C\u00e1mara alta insisti\u00f3 en la vigencia de ambas normas y oblig\u00f3 al Poder Ejecutivo a promulgar las leyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La votaci\u00f3n result\u00f3 categ\u00f3rica: el veto a la emergencia pedi\u00e1trica fue rechazado por<strong>&nbsp;59&nbsp;<\/strong>votos afirmativos,&nbsp;<strong>7&nbsp;<\/strong>negativos y&nbsp;<strong>3&nbsp;<\/strong>abstenciones, mientras que el financiamiento universitario obtuvo&nbsp;<strong>58<\/strong>&nbsp;votos afirmativos,&nbsp;<strong>7&nbsp;<\/strong>negativos y&nbsp;<strong>4&nbsp;<\/strong>abstenciones.
