El operativo se realiz\u00f3 por la Comisar\u00eda Decimotercera y personal del Departamento Canes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe policial se\u00f1ala que hoy, alrededor de las 10, personal de la Comisar\u00eda Decimotercera de Resistencia llev\u00f3 a cabo un allanamiento en el marco de una causa por maltrato animal, denunciado por una vecina del mismo barrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El operativo, se realiz\u00f3 en un domicilio ubicado en manzana 9 del barrio Don Santiago II. En el lugar fueron recibidos por la principal moradora de 40 a\u00f1os, quien tom\u00f3 conocimiento de la presencia policial&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la diligencia judicial, se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de dos perros en mal estado, ambos de raza indefinida. El estado de los animales fue constatado por el m\u00e9dico veterinario Marcelo Ocampo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por disposici\u00f3n judicial, ambos animales ser\u00e1n entregados a una ciudadana de 24 a\u00f1os, del mismo barrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El allanamiento cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Juez de Garant\u00edas N\u00b0 1, Dr. Luciano Franco Roy, del Ayudante Fiscal V\u00edctor Krumel y Personal del Departamento Canes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta ma\u00f1ana,\u00a0 el juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00b01 orden\u00f3 un allanamiento en una vivienda del barrio Don Santiago II y rescat\u00f3 a dos perros en mal estado.
