{"id":110652,"date":"2025-08-01T10:01:14","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T13:01:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/?p=110652"},"modified":"2025-08-01T10:01:17","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T13:01:17","slug":"murio-el-ex-juez-y-ministro-de-superior-tribunal-de-justicia-del-chaco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/08\/01\/murio-el-ex-juez-y-ministro-de-superior-tribunal-de-justicia-del-chaco\/","title":{"rendered":"Muri\u00f3 el ex juez y ministro de Superior Tribunal de Justicia del Chaco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este viernes por la ma\u00f1ana falleci\u00f3<strong>\u00a0Rolando Toledo<\/strong>,\u00a0exministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia del Chaco, a los\u00a0<strong>73 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exjuez\u00a0se hab\u00eda retirado de la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en diciembre de 2022, luego de haber\u00a0<strong>integradolaCorte<\/strong>\u00a0chaque\u00f1a durante m\u00e1s de<strong>\u00a0dos d\u00e9cadas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Toledo accedi\u00f3 al m\u00e1ximo tribunal tras la reforma constitucional de 1994<\/strong>&nbsp;y ocup\u00f3 el cargo hasta cumplir el ciclo que, seg\u00fan expres\u00f3 en su despedida, coincid\u00eda con su edad jubilatoria. Durante su permanencia, impuls\u00f3 la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema judicial chaque\u00f1o, particularmente en los fueros civil y comercial, promoviendo la digitalizaci\u00f3n de expedientes y agilizando los tiempos procesales. Tambi\u00e9n apoy\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n del juicio por jurados como mecanismo para mejorar el acceso a la justicia penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Su retiro gener\u00f3 una vacante en el STJ y abri\u00f3 el debate sobre los perfiles que deben integrar la c\u00fapula judicial.<\/strong>&nbsp;En su momento, expres\u00f3 su deseo de que quienes accedan a esos cargos tengan una mirada federal, compromiso con los sectores vulnerables y una fuerte perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.
