Un conductor demor\u00f3 m\u00e1s de tres horas un procedimiento vial tras negarse a realizar el test de alcoholemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El episodio tuvo lugar alrededor de las 5 de la ma\u00f1ana en calle Vedia, cuando agentes de Tr\u00e1nsito municipal detuvieron a un veh\u00edculo Volkswagen Vento gris, conducido por un hombre de 55 a\u00f1os, identificado como L.C.I.T. a quien se le practic\u00f3 un test de campo que arroj\u00f3 positivo y al pedirle que se realice el de precisi\u00f3n se neg\u00f3 rotundamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El conductor se mostr\u00f3 reticente desde el inicio del operativo, por lo que se solicit\u00f3 la presencia de la jueza de Faltas municipal de turno. Una vez en el lugar, la magistrada intent\u00f3 dialogar con el infractor, quien se neg\u00f3 a descender del veh\u00edculo y a someterse al control de alcoholemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la jueza dispuso que el veh\u00edculo no se moviera hasta que el conductor depusiera su actitud. Tambi\u00e9n se convoc\u00f3 a personal de la Comisar\u00eda Segunda y a la Guardia Comunitaria Municipal.
