La resoluci\u00f3n se conoci\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles al mediod\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Castillo fue acusado por el delito de<strong>&nbsp;homicidio doblemente agravado, tanto por alevos\u00eda como por haberse cometido en un contexto de violencia de g\u00e9nero<\/strong>, conforme a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 80, incisos 2 y 11, del C\u00f3digo Penal.
