Teresita Mar\u00eda B. Fanta, era titular del Juzgado Civil y Comercial N\u00b0 22, tuvo en el \u00faltimo tiempo varias denuncias por maltrato laboral y malos manejos de organismo de la primera circunscripci\u00f3n judicial de Chaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este jueves la magistrada fue destituida de su cargo por incapacidad laboral, la jueza enfrent\u00f3 un jury de enjuiciamiento acusada por \u00abmaltrato laboral\u00bb, sin embargo, inici\u00f3 el tr\u00e1mite de jubilaci\u00f3n anticipada, respald\u00e1ndose en un diagn\u00f3stico psiqui\u00e1trico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ahora la Justicia le dio dictamen favorable y declar\u00f3 su incapacidad para ejercer.De esta manera, la magistrada seguir\u00e1 cobrando los haberes correspondientes a su jubilaci\u00f3n. La Justicia solo se expidi\u00f3 por la causa en pie, que es justamente la de incapacidad laboral.
