Seg\u00fan su propio testimonio, la atac\u00f3 con la maniobra del \u00abmatale\u00f3n\u00bb luego de un altercado en su domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras admitir haber asesinado a la joven, se intent\u00f3 justificar con una repudiable frase:\u00a0\u00abSe me apag\u00f3 la tele\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguidamente, Soto relat\u00f3 que la pelea comenz\u00f3 cuando Catalina lleg\u00f3 a su departamento y le recrimin\u00f3 no haberla invitado a una reuni\u00f3n con amigos mientras \u00e9l terminaba de alistarse.&nbsp;<strong>\u00abLe dije que me iba a cambiar y ella respondi\u00f3: \u2018Dale, culiado, encima de que no me invit\u00e1s, \u00bfte tengo que esperar?\u2019\u00bb<\/strong>, sostuvo el acusado. Luego agreg\u00f3:&nbsp;\u00abMe acuerdo de que le contest\u00e9 mal, me enoj\u00e9 y le dije: \u2018Tom\u00e1tela\u2019. Ah\u00ed se ofusc\u00f3 y me dijo: \u2018Nesti, no pod\u00e9s ser tan pelotudo\u2019, y me peg\u00f3 una cachetada\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan su relato, reaccion\u00f3 violentamente tras el golpe. \u00ab<strong>Le devolv\u00ed el golpe y le dije: \u2018Cati, me fui a la mierda, perd\u00f3n<\/strong>\u2019. Ella me respondi\u00f3: \u2018Pelotudo, me pegaste re fuerte\u2019. Me agarr\u00f3 de la remera y terminamos forcejeando en el suelo\u00bb, describi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue entonces cuando\u00a0<strong>la someti\u00f3 con una maniobra de estrangulamiento hasta dejarla inconsciente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEstaba en el piso y me toc\u00f3 el cuello. Era algo que hac\u00edamos antes.&nbsp;<strong>Me apret\u00f3 fuerte la nuez y ah\u00ed se me apag\u00f3 la tele<\/strong>. Ah\u00ed aparece el N\u00e9stor Soto descontrolado. Le agarr\u00e9 las manos,&nbsp;<strong>se las saqu\u00e9 y le hice el matale\u00f3n. Lo hice con fuerza y lo solt\u00e9. No es que en ese momento me cay\u00f3 la ficha. Nunca par\u00f3 ese estado de emoci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00ab, continu\u00f3 en su testimonio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al percatarse de que Catalina no ten\u00eda signos vitales, Soto intent\u00f3 quitarse la vida en la misma escena, pero no logr\u00f3 llevarlo a cabo. \u00abSe me cruz\u00f3 la idea de matarme, de agarrar el auto y chocar. Vi una botella de alcohol arriba de la heladera y pens\u00e9 en prenderme fuego ah\u00ed mismo. No sab\u00eda qu\u00e9 hacer, iba y ven\u00eda, me sent\u00e9 sin entender lo que hab\u00eda pasado\u00bb, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, traslad\u00f3 el cuerpo en su auto y condujo hacia el sur de la ciudad hasta un descampado en el barrio Ampliaci\u00f3n Kennedy, donde lo dej\u00f3 abandonado junto al veh\u00edculo. \u00abFren\u00e9 en un lugar porque ya no quer\u00eda seguir manejando, quer\u00eda morirme. Tir\u00e9 alcohol en el suelo y tambi\u00e9n sobre m\u00ed. Prend\u00ed un f\u00f3sforo y comenz\u00f3 a arder lentamente.
