{"id":105799,"date":"2025-02-17T17:13:46","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T20:13:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/?p=105799"},"modified":"2025-02-17T17:13:49","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T20:13:49","slug":"procesaron-a-alberto-fernandez-por-la-causa-de-violencia-de-genero-contra-yanez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalmovil.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/02\/17\/procesaron-a-alberto-fernandez-por-la-causa-de-violencia-de-genero-contra-yanez\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesaron a Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez por la causa de violencia de g\u00e9nero contra Ya\u00f1ez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El juez federal Juli\u00e1n Ercolini proces\u00f3 este lunes a Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez en la causa por violencia de g\u00e9nero contra Fabiola Ya\u00f1ez.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular del Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Federal N\u00b010&nbsp;<strong>tambi\u00e9n orden\u00f3 trabar un embargo de $10.000.000 sobre los bienes del expresidente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado,&nbsp;<strong>el magistrado dej\u00f3 sin efecto la medida que le proh\u00edbe a Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez salir del pa\u00eds, aunque tendr\u00e1 que informar al Juzgado al menos 72 horas antes de viajar al exterior.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el fallo,&nbsp;<strong>Ercolini pidi\u00f3 que el exmandatario sea investigado por dos hechos de \u00ablesiones leves\u00bb doblemente agravados por haberse cometido en un contexto de violencia de g\u00e9nero y contra su pareja; sumado a \u00ablesiones graves\u00bb agravadas por violencia de g\u00e9nero, y \u00abamenazas coactivas\u00bb, en concurso real.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras rechazar el planteo de nulidad presentado por la defensa,&nbsp;<strong>el juez solicit\u00f3 que se mantengan las medidas restrictivas, como el cese de actos de perturbaci\u00f3n o intimidaci\u00f3n del imputado hacia la ex primera dama.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esto significa que no se puede acercar a menos de 500 metros de Ya\u00f1ez, ya sea que se encuentre en Madrid, donde est\u00e1 viviendo, o en cualquier otro lugar<\/strong>.
