En este momento, Chas cumple prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria mientras se eval\u00faa su situaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue tomada en una audiencia celebrada el 28 de octubre, en la que los jueces Juan Manuel Iglesias, Lilia Carnero y Fabi\u00e1n Gustavo Cardozo, de acuerdo con la Fiscal\u00eda Federal, resolvieron que la condena debe cumplirse, dado que la C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n rechaz\u00f3 un recurso extraordinario interpuesto por la defensa.
